I had a roach issue at my condo and a rat problem at my home. Larry got rid of the roaches with a special gel that got rid of them all. His rat strategy also worked exceptionally well. He was able to fill the holes they were coming from and place traps in them. It was very easy to get an appointment and his staff was very covid friendly. Gloves, masks, and booties on their shoes. While it's too early to tell how the treatment will work for our roach infestation, Akel was wonderful and answered all of my probing questions about roach nests and battling roaches in general. He didn't rush through things, took his time, and was really willing to speak to me about the process and this ongoing issue. Most of the time, exterminators dash in and out and are really dismissive of my questions but Akel was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. In terms of customer service, five stars. My hope is that this also translates into effective extermination of these little buggers! Fingers crossed!

I truly appreciate the service that Mario provided. I lived in my apartment for about 30 years and encountered my first mouse problem ever in life. I was mortified. I called my housing department—-and they were useless; which led to me contacting Top Notch. Mario was here within 24 hours, and conducted a thorough inspection of my entire apartment, sealing up every hole and laying traps in all hot spots. He was also very educational and gave me the information I needed to know about avoiding/ridding my home of these pests. The follow up two weeks later was just as good, as Kel found no activity, confirmed all hole closures, and even found the dead specimen and got rid of it. I’m truly pleased with their professionalism and service; they will be my only extermination service from now on!
