I just used Top Notch twice. First for a yellow jacket nest, which are in the wasp family. Larry the owner came himself. They offered to return if not resolved in 10 days. At 10 days there was still some activity at the nest; they returned and it completely stopped all yellow jackets.
Two days later we had baby mice. They returned and he recommended a higher plan. They filled every hole in my house and went through it carefully. Then left mouse bait. All mice were gone in three days. Excellent communicators and great job done.

Aqel of Top Notch accurately fixed one of the biggest problems for any homeowner, rodent infestation. Sealed all the holes, took out the refrigerators, washing machines, and sealed it or put poison to kill all the nesting spots for mice. He was very professional and one of the best. I absolutely recommend Aqel to anybody.

I had a really great experience with Top Notch Pest Control. I had a mouse problem once my landlord turned on the heat this month, and the exterminator he provided did a terrible job, so I took matters into my own hands, and they were able to provide a technician within 24 hours. Austin was thorough, professional, kind, knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process from start to finish, pointing out the places where my exterminator had done a poor job of filling in holes in the wall incorrectly and explaining why I was still having a mouse problem. 10/10 would hire them again.

Top Notch is awesome! The summer months tend to bring mice to my residence, and as a dog owner - a cat is out of the question. Mario was the consultant and he is wonderful. He found areas in my place where the mice created holes, and he filled/sealed them. Since that happened, the activity is gone. The rep Mario came and completed the service. He did a really great job finding where there were holes in the wall where it connects to the floor, especially behind our dishwasher. And also he checked all the rooms and cabinets. We haven’t seen a bug or mouse since he came, and he gave us advice to ask our super to seal up behind the dishwasher.
