I had 1 round of Aprehend treatment for bedbugs in my apartment. Dave the technician was very transparent & clearly knowledgeable about treating our problem, with years of experience. The price was significantly lower than other NYC exterminators, and while we will need another treatment (which is often required to eliminate bedbugs), Top Notch was prompt to respond when we requested a follow-up appointment. Dave was more thorough than other exterminators I’ve worked with and Kristy answered my many questions about preparing for the treatment. I’d definitely recommend their services. Thanks Top Notch!

Amazing service and very timely. I called at 10 a.m. and someone was at my apartment at 11 a.m. The exterminator did a very diligent job and was very thorough. They give a free follow-up within 30 days, which is helpful to make sure the problem is fully resolved. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding! Mike the Exterminator was professional, yet amicable and very knowledgeable. He worked feverishly and efficiently to stuff all holes and foam around. Top Notch was contracted by my landlord. We have a big mosquito problem in our small backyard that has a turf surface and is likely caused by standing water underneath the turf. We also have a gnat problem in the house... tiny little bugs that persisted even though we set up a bug zapper. Akel was the tech who came out to do the extermination work. He was on time and very professional. He had parked in our empty driveway and asked if that was okay (it was). He seemed very knowledgeable and made sure to ask a lot of questions to make sure that he got the best idea possible of where the bugs were coming from. He did the extermination work quickly and efficiently. 5 star tech. This work was done today, so hope to see our insect problem go away, but other reviews give me confidence that it will.

I hope they keep up the good work. They are the only exterminator I have ever hired that actually gets rid of the problems. They know what they are doing. They are reasonable with price. They have a seamless way of doing business. They show up. They knock on all doors in the building. They actually use good stuff to have everything under control. After using many other exterminators and trying my super and my employees to exterminate, these guys are doing it right. Hope they keep up with any problems and I don’t need to chase them around.
