I just used Top Notch twice. First for a yellow jacket nest, which are in the wasp family. Larry the owner came himself. They offered to return if not resolved in 10 days. At 10 days there was still some activity at the nest; they returned and it completely stopped all yellow jackets.
Two days later we had baby mice. They returned and he recommended a higher plan. They filled every hole in my house and went through it carefully. Then left mouse bait. All mice were gone in three days. Excellent communicators and great job done.
