I had 1 round of Aprehend treatment for bedbugs in my apartment. Dave the technician was very transparent & clearly knowledgeable about treating our problem, with years of experience. The price was significantly lower than other NYC exterminators, and while we will need another treatment (which is often required to eliminate bedbugs), Top Notch was prompt to respond when we requested a follow-up appointment.
